Volunteering for CCOS

Thank you for wanting to volunteer. The teens who attend need responsible adults who can show them the importance of honest communication with self and others. This is what CCOS is about.

Please do the following:

1. Read: Adult Volunteer Orientation

2. Complete two documents:

CCOS Volunteer Checklist

DCFS Background Check

Bring completed forms to a Tuesday Night meeting.
